Yes. Each parcel will retain its own individual land title and legal recognition. Parcels cannot be divided into smaller parcels or rezoned for different purposes.
All parcels are zoned for residential use. Commercial builds are not permitted.
The majority of parcels are available for agricultural use. Parcel 1 is pastureland and was formerly used as hayland. Parcels 6, 7, 8, and 9 are pastureland with cultivated areas rotated between peas, wheat, canola, and barley. Parcel 10 consists solely of cultivated land, which is rotated among peas, wheat, canola, and barley.
No parcels currently have electricity set up, but your service provider can assist with installation upon purchase. Parcel 1 is equipped with a water well, while Parcels 6, 7, 8, and 9 have access to a creek. Parcel 10 is the only parcel with a gas well.
Parcel 1 has direct access to Highway 9, and Parcel 2 has paved road access.
